About Me
Oliver Smith
Sports Therapist & Personal Trainer, 30
I have always had a love for sport, being involved in competitive sports from the age of 8. At age 14, I began assisting coaches, for the younger teams. At 18, my interests expanded into performance and rehabilitation, which led me to become a Sports Therapist. I completed my degree at the University of Hertfordshire in 2015
For the past 8 years, I have worked in many areas, from team sports therapist- with a range of ages, genders and skill levels, to clinic work, for the general public to professional athletes.
My job, is to take you on a journey through the phases of care, from pain and suffering, to being able to run a marathon ( if that’s what you’re after). By helping to reduce pain, decreasing the tightness and tension within your muscles and helping you to improve your range of motion throughout.
I have truly found a love for helping people to get back to feeling fit, healthy and taking their wellbeing even further than where they were before.
I look forward to helping you on your journey to improved health and wellbeing!
